1. CLIENT MEETING
Online or live meeting with customer is necessary to clarify your aims, perspectives and style preferences in connection with the forthcoming project. For the best outcome we suggest to fill out our questionnaire which will help us to understand your requirements better.
2. ENGAGEMENT LETTER
Client agrees with us on the key terms of engagement, expected deliverables, timelines and our fees.
3. SITE SURVEY & SPACE MEASUREMENT
It is important to get a first hand feel of the location for the Designer, visit the site and observe the neighbouring areas, notice various factors which can affect the design and consider possibilities before commencing actual drawings.
Measuring is necessary due to the fact that in most cases there is a difference in the architectural project and the built facility. Although minor, these differences can lead to needless loss of time and effort during the subsequent stages of the interior design.
4. DRAFT DESIGN
Designer makes 1-2 sketches of the best possible allocation of the functional zones in apartment/ house, furniture and accessories in different styles with minimal reference to fine details. This stage helps client to undesrtand style of the architect, and basic design ideas for the client project.
Client can provide inputs on aspects of the design which meet their requirements and elements which need alteration. Clients can indicate their preference more clearly than at stage 1 and can suggest changes that need to be incorporated in the final design.
