Motel by Kay Studio is a great example of the professional sustainable architecture in European contemporary style.
Inspiration for this cozy motel was Russian Far East hilly landscape. Situated along a highway, this motel unites its dynamic modern features with sustainable design which makes it not only conspicuous but also cost effective.
Most area of the ground floor occupied by parking so there is no need of additional parking outside building slot. Foyer, administration and staff rooms, and a small supermarket are on the ground floor as well. 1st floor has a small restaurant with verandah.
Once checked in, guests can reach their rooms from the foyer or from outside via locally situated stairs, which provide full privacy if desired.
All rooms have exit to the outside galary which goes along the facade. They are united into the 6 blocks for easier management and efficient water and electricity supply.
